When carrying out fault diagnostics on your vehicle we run through our proven procedure which includes extensive testing using Scan tools, Oscilloscopes, Smoke machines and so much more!
Our Technicians regularly attend further training in order to stay up to date with technology and advances in testing and tooling.
We always endeavour to prove what is wrong and will not needlessly fire the parts cannon at a complaint.
You will be kept up to date via email, phone, written reports and video walk throughs to help take you along during the investigation.
We only ever carry out further investigation or repairs once we have been authorised to do so by you, there will never be a surprise bill waiting for you when collecting.
