Simple, honest pricing, no gimmicks or hidden charges. All of our prices are open and honest. We only have one labour rate for your SEAT, and we don’t charge a higher rate for additional work.
We will only tell you what your SEAT actually requires. Our charter promises to be completely honest and back-up any advised work with video or photographic evidence. Our advisors are not on individual bonuses, so you can be assured of their impartiality.
Our diagnosis is right or your money back. We have a proud reputation when it comes to fault diagnosis. We’ll advise you of the fault and give you a quote for the work – you will pay no more. If we cannot be certain, we will be honest and tell you. You shall never pay for parts that your car doesn’t require.
We are committed to preserving our environment. Our charter ensures we do absolutely all we can to cut down on waste and recycle wherever possible, whether it’s how we recycle your old engine oil or filter or cutting down on paper and one-use plastics.
Genuine parts. We only use genuine parts that come with a two-year warranty (unless otherwise requested), excluding wear and tear items.
Diagnostic and calibration equipment. We use SEAT’s latest ODIS diagnostic equipment and online link to aid guided fault finding and utilise certified Radar and Camera (ADAS) calibration equipment.
Digital service. Your SEAT’s service record updated to approved warranty standard (2013).
Reports with video. Our modern software ensures you receive an informative digital vehicle health check backed up by video and photographic evidence of items requiring attention.
Staff training. Technological advancements mean SEATs are becoming ever more sophisticated and require specialist knowledge to maintain them. Our commitment to continual staff development means you can be assured that your SEAT is in the best possible hands.
Everything you desire. From courtesy cars (subject to availability), to wash and vacuums and a host of ‘while you wait’ facilities at our dealership including wifi, hot and cold beverages and even foosball for when the family is bored – it’s all free and included in our service.
Whilst a main dealer can be the obvious choice to maintain your SEAT, we like to offer a more personal service. All of our technicians spent the early parts of their careers within the main dealer network before joining us to further specialise in SEAT’s offerings. We maintain current, manufacturer training standards which we supplement and enhance with our own experience to offer a thorough, professional and cost-effective service offering. We are, at heart, enthusiasts; our aim is to help our customers enjoy the same cars we do whilst keeping costs fair and reasonable.
We utilise manufacturer sourced workshop equipment and subscribe to SEAT’s technical services to ensure that regardless of the age of your SEAT, we have the correct tools and knowledge. On late SEAT cars, all service and maintenance work carried out by Renn Automotive is logged on SEAT’s own Digital Service Schedule database. For routine maintenance, all parts used are sourced directly from SEAT.
A courtesy vehicle is available at no additional charge whilst we are working on your own. Our staff driver can drop and collect you from work if your office is in the surrounding area. A complimentary wash and vacuum is included with every service.
Renn Automotive is located in Iver, Buckinghamshire, on the edge of West London. We are conveniently located for easy travel from London, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Middlesex and Hertfordshire. Towns such as Reading, Slough, Marlow, Uxbridge, Maidenhead, Amersham, Harrow, High Wycombe and Watford are all within 30 minutes of us. The M4, M40 and M25 motorways are all close by, as are Iver, West Drayton, Langley, Datchet and Uxbridge stations.
